Dr. Stephens is in Network for Aetna (Sunlife, Principal) and Cigna.

Delta Dental is the only provider who pays the patient back direct, so you would need to pay us
first, then Delta reimburses you.

Although we might not be in network with your provider, we can still submit to any insurance
company, you would just be responsible for the remaining balance.
